End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Abcron Enterprises, LLC ("Abcron", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your use of Abcron Automation (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

Acceptable Use

• You will comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party providers (such as accounting platforms) at your request. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Data and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. We take reasonable steps to secure the Service, but no system is completely secure.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abcron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
